Ok I’m not a licensed Realtor (anymore), so I guess you could ask  – what are my qualifications to be able to give advice on selling homes “By Owner”?

Well I’ve been involved with Real Estate almost my whole life….buying, selling, renovating, flipping, I’m also a vivid reader on the subject….but that doesn’t make me an expert and I’m not an expert. What I write about in this blog will be my opinion and only my opinion. If you find it helpful then great, my intentions are to give you advice (and tools – a website, Real Estate Photography, etc…) that will help you sell your home by owner and if after a certain time that you designate its not sold I’ll give you advice on how to pick a good Realtor.

The one message I don’t want to give is that I feel Realtors are overpriced and not needed, they are needed and are worth the price if you need them.

What I’m trying to say is that if you want to try to sell you home yourself and have the time why shouldn’t you or if you HAVE TO sell your home yourself because of the situation your in why not try to sell your home yourself….it’s well worth the effort and the Realtors will be there when or if you need them.
